Craving something sweet, but healthy ? Well then peel back a banana and toss it in the freezer anywhere from 8-24 hrs or more ( depends on how soft you want it). It is as easy as that.


Do you know that frozen bananas are actually more delicious than normal ones? If not, you can try it. Take a banana and let it frozen (keep it in the freezer for about a day), then take it out and let it thaw. After you have completely defrosted, you will find it even sweeter than room-temperature bananas.

Ingredients Produce 2 Bananas, frozen over-ripe



* Eat Up First's recommendation is mix some honey in your oatmeal with a thawed banana and some monk fruit sweetener and some coconut flakes.
