3 Egg Yolks
Save the egg whites to fry with rice

1/2 Cup-Diced carrots
1/2 Cup- Celery
1/4 Cup-White onion
1/4 Cup-Green Onion
2 Tbsp- Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp- Soy Sauce
1 Tsp- Fish Sauce
1 Tsp- Mirin Frying
2 Tbsp- Sesame Oil
1-Tbsp- Olive Oil
Protein
1Lb- Shrimp peeled & deveined
1/4 Cup-White Wine
Salt to taste or add a little more soy sauce to your liking.
